Booking, prices and places (general info)

Do I need to book places for the adventures in advance?
Yes – since all our tours and safaris require vehicles and guides, booking in advance is mandatory. Individual visitors can buy places for the Saturday departures. For companies and private groups, please send a price inquiry, if possible at least a few weeks before the desired date.
Can I come on an adventure alone, as a couple or with a small group?
Of course! You don't have to wait for a large group to fill up. Go to Fienta, check the times of Adrenaator's open boat tours and quarry safaris and buy an individual ticket. On those days you have a great opportunity to join other adventurers.
How does payment and invoicing for events work?
Individual tickets can be bought quickly and conveniently on Fienta. For companies, school groups and private celebrations, we first map out your wishes, prepare a quote and, once confirmed, issue an official invoice.

Weather and clothing (practical info)

What happens if it rains or snows on the day of the tour?
We ride and adventure in all weathers! Both our off-road vehicles and our boats are built and prepared for all weather conditions. Aidu quarry offers powerful experiences and a completely different face in sunshine, rain and snow.
How should I dress for the adventure?
Our off-road vehicles and boats are fully weatherproof, but open to whatever falls from the sky. Please dress according to the day's weather forecast. We recommend comfortable casual clothes and closed shoes that don't mind dust or summer mud splashes. When heading out on the water, it's worth bringing a hoodie or windbreaker just in case, as the breeze can be cooler on a boat ride.

Catering and amenities

Is catering available on site?

Yes! Delicious experiential catering can be ordered with our tours and events. For smaller groups and hikes, we offer a unique picnic right in nature in cooperation with Kamu (for example on top of Sipelgamägi hill or at an RMK campfire site). For larger groups, seminars and summer days, we offer catering and get-togethers in the premises of the Estonian Mining Museum.

Service questions (safari, boat and rental)

Can I drive the off-road vehicle myself on the quarry safari?

On our classic quarry safaris, the off-road vehicles are driven by Adrenaator's experienced, professional instructors. The man-made quarry terrain is very steep in places and requires special driving techniques. You sit comfortably and safely in the passenger seat and can focus fully on the views and the thrill.

Will I get wet on the boat tour, and is it suitable for people who are afraid of water?

Our boats are large, stable and built for safe riding. All participants receive a mandatory safety briefing and put on life jackets before going on the water. The pace is always chosen to suit the group – we can do a calm nature cruise or a faster adrenaline ride.

Can I take part in both a boat tour and a quarry safari on the same day?

Yes, that is our most recommended all-in-one option! We have set up our open Saturday departures so that the boat tours and quarry safaris take place one after the other on the same day. They fit together perfectly both in timing and experience, letting you spend a complete adventure day without any logistical worries.

Is previous experience needed to rent canoes, rafts or SUP boards?

It is not necessary. Before renting the equipment and going on the water, we give you a thorough briefing, show you the right techniques and provide life-saving equipment. The water in the Aidu canals is sheltered from waves, which makes it a safe environment even for complete beginners.

Suitability and target groups

Are Adrenaator's adventures suitable for children and families?
Our programmes are safe and suitable for everyone. Our adventure hike "suitable for everyone" is an excellent choice for school groups and suits children aged 12 and over. Younger children are welcome on safaris and boat tours together with their parents, as everyone sits safely in vehicles driven by an instructor.
Are the activities suitable for larger companies and summer days?

Absolutely! We organise logistically precise summer days and team events for larger companies. We have enough vehicles and staff to run activities in parallel (in rotation) – while one part of the group is on the safari, another is hiking or doing something else exciting of their choice.

AFTER ADRENAATOR'S OPEN QUARRY SAFARI AND BOAT TOUR, YOU WILL MAKE IT TO THE UNDERGROUND MINE TOUR AT 15:00

A chance to visit a former oil shale mine, ride a real underground miners' train and feel for yourself what hard and fascinating work was done here for decades to extract the "brown gold".
